Cardinale : is an Italian cocktail and I've mixed this drink about 3 times in my bartending history.
It is very simple to make, all you need to do is mix these ingredients.
Campari is a liqueur often used in Italian cocktails
Campari is an alcoholic liqueur, considered an aperitif (20.5%, 21%, 24%, 25%, or 28.5% ABV, depending on the country in which it is sold), obtained from the infusion of herbs and fruit (including chinotto and cascarilla) in alcohol and water. It is a bitter characterized by its dark red color.
Campari is often used in cocktails and is commonly served with soda water or citrus juice, or with prosecco as a spiritz.
1.50oz Gin, .75oz Vermouth dry, top with Campari. Garnish with orange.
Also, Cardinale prefers the Old-Fashioned ice filled glass, stir and serve.

It is produced by the Alfredo Campari Group, a multi-national company based in Italy.
I'm surprised of your knowledge about all these beverages Amy. I think this blog is really helpful for new learning bartenders! :D
