Not your traditional Martini!

Lemon Drop Martini: Not a whole lot of calls for this one, but still a very refreshing and sweet drink.



For this drink you need a chilled martini glass, if you don't have a chilled glass, no problem. Here is my tip how to chill a glass, while you mix and shake your drink.* Fill your martini glass with ice cubes and chilled water and set it aside.* Now for the recipe,a vodka of your choice 1.50oz, triple sec .50oz(orange liqueur) if you don't have triple sec you could use sugar syrup and then add lemon juice  Place all these ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
Now empty the martini glass, run a lemon wedge around the rim of the martini glass and dunk into a small amount of sugar for a coated rim. Pour the strained martini into the glass and enjoy! Garnish with lemon wedge/twist. This drink can be consumed as a shot, referred to as the lemon drop shot, served in a sugar coated shot glass.
