Longevity Tree Sap:
The Chinese White Pine Tree is, because of its evergreen foliage, considered by the Chinese as an emblem of longevity and immortality. We used the natural forest flavors of this tree and made a pine needle & black tea syrup to combine with bourbon, oregano and oak. An ice cold, nearly freezing dripping texture, spirit-driven whiskey cocktail with woody & wilderness aromas.
