- 1 ½ Parts Scotch Whiskey
- 1 Part Lemon Juice
- ¾ Part Simple Syrup
- ⅓ Part Egg White
- 1 Whole Cherry
How to mix
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a cherry.
