Ingredients
3–4 oz. 14 Hands Brut
1 oz. Bourbon or Cognac
½ oz. simple syrup
½ oz. lemon juice
Dash of bitters
4–6 mint leaves
Crushed Ice
Instructions
Muddle the mint leaves, bourbon, and simple syrup in an open cocktail shaker.
Strain the muddled liquid from the cocktail shaker into a glass.
Add 14 Hands Brut and the dash of bitters.
Top off with a mint sprig and crushed ice.
